1973 Big Block 454 4 speed

I started my restoration on a left alone (really left alone) 1973 Corvette with a LS-4 454 and a M21 4 speed. The car had about 73,000 miles and boy was it neglected. Fortunately it was a North Carolina car all its life and with the exception of some surface rust and 31 years of neglect it was really solid. Now come the before pics!
Doesn't look to bad does it? Well thats what I thought too and bought the car sight unseen for $9,500! I sent the check and two weeks later here she came! And this is where the work began!
Now that everything is torn apart the easy part begins or so I think!
Every nut, bolt and fastener is new. Check out the headlight area! I got at least 10 hours just in the headlights and no, contrary to what anyone says, they don't come out easy!
OK, so now every single front end piece is new including all the hardware, bushings, nuts, bolts, washers, tie rods, PS hoses, control valve ohh you get the picture! Brakes and bearings too! This car handles like a Porsche 911 only much cooler!
Same drill on the rear end as the front nothing but the best will do! Everything new. This car is my keeper!
Under no circumstances was I going to have a another TAN interior so I did a very bad job of photoshop but it was the inspiration for the end result.
And yes this car was going to have the creature comforts like a good stereo (USA-1) and Polk Audio speakers even up front (don't throw away the little backing plates on the original speakers) and Hot rod Air supplied the Climate control.
Oh Ya its got an engine too! Bored 60 over and 10:1 compression pistons, balanced and blueprinted and NUMBERS MATCHING with new aluminum edelbrock oval port heads and a new edelbrock Q-Jet to top it off! I also didn't like the way the hood looked so I redid that as well put in DeWitts aluminum radiator with dual Spal fans!
And finally to top everything off I installed a one piece Indy style spoiler and 275-60-15 BFG T/A Radials.
