383 Stroker Install - Part I |

Here's the tired NOM 350/350 engine. Looks pretty clean and could run a lot better with a refresh but I've got the Need For Speed! Currently this engine's probably pushing somewhere around 350hp. The new engine will be pushing around 415+ HP with 515 lb-ft of TQ. Aaargh, aaarrghh, aarrggh, aargh! ![]() The project begins: December 2002 The hood, radiator, hoses, and alternator come out.... ![]() Whoo-baby, that radiator needs to be cleaned and possibly replaced. Look at that rusty water! ![]() |

One of those "while I'm at it projects." I made these t-top wall mounts to get the t-tops off the floor and out of the way. Here in Texas the tops aren't needed very often. I just used some wheelbarrow mounting brackets from the local home improvement store and nailed a towel up for protection. ![]() |

Lift and chains attached and ready to pull. I hope I can return that lift plate...we didn't need it. ![]() |
