1966 Coupe -- Goodwood Green/ Black Interior - - - I took this one as a part trade from Bill Moir when he bought my Green '67. It was a nice 300hp/327 with a 4 speed. Just a really sweet running, fun car to drive. . .I sold it to my brother after installing an extra set of knock-off wheels I had picked up. He sold it a couple of years later. I haven't heard whether it's "still alive" anywhere or not. UPDATE -- I've located this coupe in Denver, different color paint and much changed body work. (sigh!)

1967 Roadster -- Rally Red/White Interior/White Stinger - - - This was my favorite, along with the '62, of all the Corvettes I have owned. It was a 435/427 with side pipes, factory aluminum wheels, and almost all performance and trim options except the optional vinyl material available on the hardtop. I'm sure others exist, but I've never seen another red roadster with a white interior and a white stinger. In my humble opinion, this was the most beautiful Corvette ever built, especially with these options and trim.

I bought the car at Courtesy Chevrolet in San Jose, California, when they were one of the largest Corvette dealers on the west coast. Although I wasn't a licenced dealer, I was becoming successful at selling my Corvettes,(they had become a major contributor to helping me finance my college education), people had begun calling me from all over Oregon and California to inquire about them and, occasionally, to buy them. I only had this red roadster for a couple of months before it was sold. I guy in Grants Pass, Oregon, bought it, and I have recently been told he still has it in its original, stock condition. This picture is of a similar looking car until I can physically locate the roadster and hopefully get some pictures -- maybe even buy it back!

67 Coupe -- Sunfire Yellow/Black Interior/Black Stinger - - - This beautiful coupe was purchased two days after I sold the red roadster. It was a 427/435hp, again, with side pipes and factory aluminum wheels. The market was kind of slow during that time period, and Corvettes could be purchased for as low as $100 over invoice from dealer stock. Wow! have times changed! The car was sold to Mark White of Medford, Oregon, who also owned a yellow 435hp roadster at the time. The car was last known to be terrorizing the streets of Sacramento, California. This picture is of an identical car.
